reinstalled kingdom come deliverance and getting very poor fps

hi guys these are the pc specs
intel core i5 10400
nvidia ge force rtx 2060 6gb
16gb ddr4 ram
ill post an image from gpu z and cpu z as well just in case

kingdom come deliverance used to run on my pc just fine on high settings with well above 60 fps, now after some months i reinstalled it and the fps is 30-40 even on lowest settings, i have tried uninstalling HD texture pack, window mode, borderless window, fullscreen, there are no graphic mods installed (running the game via vortex), tried disabling all the mods still the same issue.
the strange thing is when i look at the ground in game, the dps goes up more than 80, as soon as i move the mouse and look up the fps drops lol. i thought i should mention this as well.
what can be the issue here i have no idea. oh and by the way, witcher 3 runs on High settings no problem at all.

The only thing I can think of is the dev's mades some "improvments" on the game engine, and the results aren't good ?

GPU-Z shows you're running on only 1 PCIe lane. That would severly bandwidth starve a game, so maybe try reseating the graphics card.

Having higher FPS when looking at ground or sky is normal, your GPU isn't taxed enough to struggle with rendering. Once you have a normal view it has to render multiple elements which causes the GPU load to increase so your FPS drops if the GPU cannot keep up.

Run GPU-Z when the game is loaded, preferably in windowed mode and see if bus interface is running at x16 3.0 @ x16 3.0 or just use the render test:

It also depends where you are in the game. My brother also plays KCD on a 2060, and while it's mostly fine, performance tanks when he's in Rattay.

WOW man it workeddd, reaseating worked, now m getting above 130fps at medium settings. can you tell me what exactly was the telling sign in the GPU z ???? ive been playing so many games without even knowing it. thank to everybody who came to help. blessings from the true one.

by the way do we have an art section here in the forum? where we can post drawings and all ? or there is nt any?

This:

Normally only interface speed would change, not the number of lanes. Compare it with my screenshot above, when not loaded it still shows @ x16 (16 PCI-E lanes) but it drops to 1.1 speed at the lowest power state. Yours showed it running at x1 1.1.

ooooo i seeeeee, ya becoz now when i run any game the number changes from 1 1.1 to a higher one. alright ill make do with this hahaha.

It should be running at x16 3.0 when gaming.

the number is changing from 16 3.0 to 16 1.1 to 16 2.0, it keeps shifting is it normal?
im playing dota to test this. the performance is a bigg change, the games are running super smooth now

When no much needed power, then it goes down which is normal. For power savings.
