"Major Breakthrough" is usually reserved for medical, scientific or political achievement.

What is really meant here is that previous generations of the ultra-thin / AMD range were unable to do media stuff as promised due to underperformance of processor and chipset. Whereas now they are OK and can finally deliver on the original concept promise. What a breakthrough! Er, no.

Finally, the Radeon HD 3200 on an ultrathin platform! At first I was concerned over the 14" size but it weights only 1.5kg with battery! Thats less than some notebooks! Amazing!

The only problem I see is the single memory channel. Performance should still be fairly good, but with 2 cores and an IGP running on a 667MHz single channel.... any performance is going to be bottlenecked by that memory configuration.
