I don't know what the deal is with palit and custom coolers in the past few years. Back when they were doing the sonic 8800s they were great. After that 80% of their coolers have had problems like they don't cool the vrm or the fans are much louder than they should be or they ramp up inappropriately. It's not like people haven't been complaining about it, so I don't get why they ignore these issues... or for that matter why all the tech manufacturers seem to ignore consumer complaints in general. Hell it takes asus two chipset generations to fix systemic design flaws on their boards. All I can assume is the Asia branch doesn't listen to the reports passed on by the foreign branches, or doesn't care.
