There must be a need in the price arena they are aiming at, despite lack of pricing info.
Maybe the aim is government desktops or other large organizations.
I think the card looks good but would like to see a side by side with a 450
the same as 430 this card is a joke Texture Fill Rate 6.5 only the 430 has 11.2

these should easily beat the 9600GS should be similar performance to the 8800GTS 320/640mb seeing how both have 96 shaders.statement retracted looked at the reviews and ROP count

Maybe nVidia should bring out the tag WTF and not just GS\GT\GTX\TI. Because that's what this card is.
