SilverStone Introduces RAVEN RV03B-W Chassis
The RAVEN team's continued push to redefine and perfect the enthusiast tower chassis has resulted in yet another benchmark in the RAVEN RV03. With world-class cooling performance from the previous RAVEN chassis models retained by the included 180mm Air Penetrator fans, a rethinking of the interior layout enabled dramatic reduction in overall depth of the chassis compared to RAVEN RV02 while still matching RAVEN RV01's ability to accommodate Extended ATX motherboard and graphics cards longer than 13 inches.
Cable management was also improved with a new 5cm thick hard drive compartment to allow nearly all cables to be connected behind the motherboard tray with ease. An unconventional power supply compartment located in the lower front part of the chassis further add to facilitate cable routing so anyone can assemble a pristine looking system with maximum airflow efficiency.Complementing the finely tuned and engineered interior, the RV03 has champagne colored trimmings adorning an exterior with aggressive lines yet reserved profile. The stand out styling also fully utilizes the chassis's powerful cooling ability to full effect by a set of smartly designed, dual-purpose front bezels that helps to keep the RV03 looking sharp and uniform whether the user is setting up for maximum air cooling or for a silencing build.
As a trend-setter and a computer chassis engineering showcase, the RAVEN RV03 has few equals. However, its advanced features are equally accessible that anyone from experienced enthusiasts to novice users will find easy to appreciate and utilize, making RV03 the most appealing RAVEN chassis yet!

Steel looks poorly painted..I hope that's just these images. "Champagne" trim better be removable.
Meh, I guess if it's priced approproately, it's fine, but htat's no $200 case like the other Ravens.
The psu's vent looks cheaper than the AP's fans on the TJ11, and that's something...
What happens with the all aluminium cases they used to build?? Now it's all plastic crap, just like Coolermaster (Silverstone creators used to work there btw).Thank God for Soldam!!!!
Although, I do think if you pay the premium that comes with these cases, a decent paint-job and extra beauty should be expected. The build quality on my Raven 2 is unforgivably bad... I'm hoping the QC has improved. Damn man, good point - I missed that!
How can the same company responsible for a beauty like the RV02-Evo be happy releasing something like...that...
Branding and series or class name management is important and easy to do. Unfortunately Silverstone is not good at it, or at least all of a sudden they aren't. It seems to have started ( for me at least ) with fortress 2 and raven 2.
Fortress is the bow-tie version of raven.
It had better insides and premium feel to raven.
(Raven 2 has a, we'll call it "younger look" as not to upset grown kids.)
Fortress 2 outsells Raven 2.
(Because if you have Silverstone money and u like this case style ud get the better one)
Silverstone transplants guts from fortress to raven 2 to create raven 2.5.
( because its cheaper to make one case? because its generally better. )
Silverstone lowers price of fortress to match raven 2.
( okay..... so we are leaning to one case happening the and that would be fortress. all signs point to it. )
Fortress picks up steam sales wise so cool.
(OK so 2 cases basically the same one with more plastic bits at the same price.)
CES rolls around and they show Silverstone Raven 3 with improvements on youtube
( They fixed the one gripe ppl had "case is too deep" ) i guess we are making 2 cases again lets see fortress. )
BOOM they show it Fortress 3 is now a Micro ATX wonder..
( An amazing case with the goal of extreme space efficiency... cool but wtf?!?! did i miss something fortress is the bow-tie version of raven. )
So i guess now we are just gonna do this. Sticking with fortress 2 for now i hope fortress 4 SUDDENLY GROWS. They made the same mistake with the mouse also. I dunno. Looks very "young" lots of plastic fins.
10 fold better than any Lian Li ever made! I would imagine that they have a very premium price tag though:o:o:o

Would be nice to have all the tooling that the company had:p:p:p
Right. We had a thread going, which I just posted in, that was in January of 2010 regarding worldwide sales again.......Hmm, makes a person wonder

As far as this press release, this Raven looks like a cheap plastic piece of crap. Reminds me of some of those crappy plastic Raidmax cases. Too boy racer. Give me these innovations in an elegant package, not a flamboyant one.
make the rv02 a smidge wider and it would be win. damn ugly and stupid case
Not sure for who was meant RV-02 and 03, but definetly not for ppl who liked original one.
And plenty of space to use..
