Nox Xtreme Rolls Out USB 3.0-Equipped Hummer 3.0 ATX Full-Tower Case

Nox Xtreme released the Hummer 3.0 ATX full-tower chassis in Europe. The Hummer 3.0 is a USB 3.0 front-panel enabled variant of the original. Its front-panel features two USB 3.0 ports, which are wired using specifications-compliant headers to the motherboard. Apart from the two USB 3.0 ports, the front-panel houses two USB 2.0 ports, two eSATA ports, front-panel audio, and controls for an in-built 2-channel fan controller.

Measuring 610 (H) x 232 (W) x 520 (D) mm, this monstrosity supports most ATX motherboard form-factors, including micro ATX, ATX, E-ATX, XL-ATX and Flex-ATX. Its tray features an opening around the CPU socket area, to help handling coolers with backplates, several valved openings to pass cables behind the tray, and a total of 10 expansion slot bays. The lower drive cage holds six 3.5"/2.5" drives, there are six exposed 5.25" bays. Fans included with the case are one 230 mm white LED-lit front intake, one 140 mm rear exhaust, and two 140 mm top exhaust. The side panel features a grille with mount holes for a 230 mm fan. The Nox Xtreme Hummer 3.0 is priced at €109.90.

It does look nice with a clean and simple look to it. The white looks nice. Not to overpowering. That looks like a removeable dust fliter under the top from the back. I like they include two top fans when most cases don't but sometimes do come with the side 230.

Just kinda wondering, Is there a form factor with the width of an eatx but with the length of a xl-atx ? or does it just go straight to a watx? U can hit me in pm to discuss if ya like.

 hummer 3.0

Looking less plastic yes it does. Although it still looks stupid having the hard drives that way around as to me thats just so you can hide the wires easier and not for better cooling.

Most companies work from a template of already available cases from manufacturers in Asia making some modifications to get a unique look while maintaining costs. As the level of changes increases so does the price, until you eventually reach the level where a case is custom manufactured to the designer's specifications.

The Rosewill Blackhawk, CM 690 and this case seem to share a common blue-print. I like this one the most so far and, am I counting right? 10 slots?

Yellow&Nerdy?
Seems to offer pretty good value. Now if only they made a windowed side panel, instead of the mesh...
