Well this depends on surface the user have, cloth mats have a higher chance on jumping and skipping cause drit on and under the mat. Plastic mats is a beter choice for high dpi laser sensor. But plastic mats also faster worn and flaking. But they are cheaper and and can come in high or low slip mats.
Gonna have to pass on it though, doesn't have MW3 written on it. Nobody would take me seriously jumping around with a shotgun in each hand with less than perfect gear.
