VTX3D Launches its Radeon HD 7950 3GB Graphics Card

They're TUL's brand for Russia and other eastern Europe countries. TUL is PowerColor's parent.

We also get VTX3D cards in South Africa. They're generally the cheapest of the bunch because they don't come with a bunch of useless accessories, and they're just as reliable as any other brand.
