Apple Kills White MacBook, Ends Distribution to Educational Institutions
Apple closed the chapter on the white MacBook (base), after it ended its distribution to educational institutions (schools, universities, students). The company had discontinued its sale to consumers back in July, 2011, but it continued shipping it to educational customers to honor its supply commitments, which has just been met. The relatively affordable white MacBook ran out of shelf space on Apple, as it got replaced by the MacBook Air, the products in the new series cater to both affordable price-points and more premium ones.

Find inner peace and realise that Apple deserves credit for delivering innovation and products that people want. Just like Porsche. Just like IKEA. Just like Coke. All overpriced, and their are better options, but all with merits. :pimp:
I would love an iPhone and an Apple Mac but they're just damn overpriced for what they do. ESPECIALLY the computers. You pay such a massive premium and it's inconvenient when some programs aren't even written for Mac etc. etc.
I used to hate Apple, but it's their loyal fanbase who think they're the best computers for the shittiest reasons that I really hate
Or are we going to start murdering people because they worship the wrong RAM specification
Edit: just to clarify, I have a pure annoyance / hatred for most of the apple peeps. As for the company, good for them.
Apples and oranges me old son, or marmite.
"Macs are the best computers... everyone who does anything important uses a Mac."
some people say things like that. That annoys me. It sounds like some crazy cult worship!
Just overpriced hardware now..
