anything can be an opinion,

If someone has had bad experiences with a certain brand, wouldnt it be within his right to let people know what he thinks of the companies products so that people know its shit and wont buy it?

you need an opinion before you can tell others what you think or are you the kind of person whose constantly 'neutral' and doesnt think much of anything at all?

actually many of $50-80 mouses have some garbage parts in it. Like Omron D2FC-F-7N micro switches that almost always fail in under a year of use. They won't bother to equip the mouses with $1 worth of more durable micro switches like D2F-T or something else.

My 70€ RAT 7 mouse is way better build that for example the high end Logitech Performance mouse of 99€.
In fact the RAT is a tank. After a year it looks new, printed items are as new also. And it fits and works perfectly.

Man, way to go overboard with your reply ;)
I responded to the statement "these mouses do not last long, in my opinion"
How can the durability of a product be an opinion?
It could be that Madcatz products dont last long with him in his experience, but that is still a fact not an opinion.

If i said:

"these cakes taste like ass" or "the cakes Sheila baked tastes like ass"

would that not be an opinion??

reguardless of how a person chooses to use his or her mouse or whatever, they can beat it with a hammer, put it through a grinder, try to blend it and make a smoothie with it even sticking it in the microwave or the oven at gasmark 6 for 30mins

its still an opinion albeit a personal one.

Thats not to say that the one catnipkiller picked up was one from a bad batch. rubbish does slip through QA occasionally and you will pick up bad peripherals just like picking up a bad CPU that wont overclock or a graphics card thats arrves at your door DoA.

Shit happends, but you still need an opinion and just because you dont want to hear it, doesnt make it any less of an opinion even if it is a personal one.
