Phanteks Announces PH-TC90LS Ultra Low Profile CPU Cooler

Phanteks introduces PH-TC90LS, a new ultra-low profile thermal radiator. With growing demands for cooling in constraint spaces, the PH-TC90LS has a slim profile and provides efficient cooling. Enthusiasts with HTPC's or multimedia cases can achieve maximum cooling while maintaining quiet performance.

The PH-TC90LS is 27mm tall (45mm with fan) and compatible with small form factor cases with a 45mm clearance. The three 6mm Heat-Pipes are aligned to ensure optimal cooling. The three copper heat-pipes are embedded for better contact and performance. The PH-TC90LS is made to ensure it has the least amount of air and thermal resistance.
To prevent mechanical conflicts with other components, the PH-TC90LS design follows Intel's Keep-Out-Zone (95x95mm) requirements. Bundled with PH-F90 PWM Premium fans and PH-NDC thermal compound it is able to achieve massive airflow and perfect dynamic balance. The PH-F90 PWM fans with the support of the anti-acoustic and rubber bar produces low level dB (A) and eliminates vibration. PH-F90 PWM fans provide a simple solution for quiet and smart fan control by adjusting fan speed according to the CPU load.

Compatibility
PH-TC90LS is compatible with Intel Socket 2011/1155/1156

Pricing and Availability
Available at most local retailers. The recommended retail price is $29.99

it looks too slim for a heatsink that has 3 heatpipes on that

Certain stock AMD coolers are about that flat too.

indeed. the aluminium stock AMD coolers are very short. even the 4 heatpipe copper-aluminium ones arent that tall either!

Holy crap 130W wish my Akasa cooler had that kind of punch. Its struggling enough with a 45W CPU.

They work just fine under stock clocks.
