Iiyama today unveiled a new addition to its ProLite family of monitors, a 19-inch model known as ProLite T1931SR-2 which features an IP54 dust and water protection rating and comes with a resistive touchscreen (with both finger and stylus input support).

Set to be available next week in both black and white versions, Iiyama's display also has an LED backlight, a native resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, a 5 ms response time, a 900:1 contrast ratio, two built-in 1 W speakers, and RS-232C, D-sub, DVI and USB connectivity. The ProLite T1931SR-2 is backed by a three-year warranty and costs 109,800 yen (~ 1,131 USD).

No-one expect this from AMD. They said awhile ago, they no long going for performance alone and focus on price per performance. Look like AMD is back and in-charge.
