HIS Shows off Radeon R9 290X IceQ Hybrid

Inspired by the R9 295X2, HIS launched a Radeon R9 290X graphics card with factory-fitted liquid cooling of its own, the R9 290X IceQ Hybrid. Pictured below, the card combines a blue AMD reference PCB with an Arctic Cooling Accelero Hybrid VGA cooler. Apart from the cooler, a base-plate handles cooling of the memory, while a bar-heatsink handles the VRM. Apart from the color, the only modification HIS gave to the PCB is two 8-pin PCIe power connectors, instead of the usual 8-pin + 6-pin combination. We expect the card to ship with a factory overclock, although we're more interested to see how the cooler keeps the GPU away from its wretched 95°C throttle.

Hum, looks like my 70€ solusion on the 6970 aka NZXT Kraken G10 and Alpenföhn "Wasser".
Not the best Cooler but quiet and keeps the card at 55°C@full load (840/1325).
So, if they would´nt take an arm and an leg, nice solution out of the box.

That's just a rebadged Arctic Accelero Hybrid. Not a bad cooler.
