Phanteks Releases the Enthoo Luxe Full Tower PC Case

Phanteks announces the release of the Enthoo Luxe. The Enthoo Luxe's luxurious chassis combines flexibility and functionality without the added cost. A case worthy for all computer enthusiasts that want a great aircooling or watercooling case. Unleash unlimited possibilities with, our latest addition to our Enthoo Series, the Enthoo Luxe.

The Enthoo Luxe's front and top aluminum panels are sandblasted to create a textured appearance. This allows for an attractive and practical solution to reduce the appearance of fingerprints on the case. LED ambient lighting stretches all through the top and front of the case creating luminous edges and providing a spectacular indirect light effect.
The Luxe's stealthy interior design only showcases the mainboard and its components while isolating the bulky power supply out of sight with the included power supply cover. This removable cover not only isolates the power supply from view but also acts as a thermal shield from the rest of the case.

Fully equipped with many accessories, including 2x removable Drop-n-Lock SSD brackets, PWM hub, pump bracket, reservoir bracket, and PSU cover.

For cooling, the Luxe has an exceptional watercooling potential. The Enthoo Luxe can mount various sizes of radiators to four different locations on the case. A watercooling heaven for many watercooling enthusiasts.

I'm not really interested in a company that doesn't answer their technical emails. I've sent several emails to them asking questions and have yet to receive any replies

They take a while. I emailed them last year about the Tundra series before they were officially announced, and a few weeks later they got back to me on availability.

Very nice design and if it is only picking up solutions from brothers is certainly good. Hopefully is the front panel coated with metal and not plastic ? It would not be that easly, to purchased one mor fan but , this is the liquid-cooled casse systems and is not feasible . The purchase of additional components and regulators can not be easily avoided.

That doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the company

Ignore me, for some reason I had Silverstone stuck in my head, and this is Phanteks. No idea what's wrong with my head this morning, I have a volleyball match later, my head is broken.

Just cause they do not answer email right away. OK, then guess many companies you wont buy from.

I've never received any emails back from the company at all. It has nothing to do with delays in answering the emails. They do not answer at ALL!

I have two Primos but I've been very interested in the Luxe. I don't know if I'll sell my Black Primo and get a white Luxe, or keep things as they are. No reason to buy a Luxe, but I really like the case and I'm looking forward to reviews and user comments in the future.

I emailed Phanteks once last year with a question not problem related and I received a nice response about a week later. However, I found partaking of various forums, especially Overclock.net, quickly provides answers to whatever questions I may have concerning Phanteks products. Phanteks could be a little faster in answering emails, but it's been my experience over the last few years that they aren't any worse, and much better, than other companies I've had occasion to contact. I personally think Phanteks' support and PR department are suffering from growing pains, but I'm not defending them for being slow.

They never answered me either about a dead fan.

This case looks exactly like the Pro but with cosmetic add ons and an extra fan. Not sure that adds up to a $50 price difference.

Probably because you are asking questions about information they are not willing to give out.
