Edit: I'm in, yay!
Fu#k face book! Why must we be part of that info grabbing crap just to enter?
Why not make a thread on tpu for ppl to enter if they refuse to join that social network?
Is it just for adds? And how much info is given just for a sub 200 dollar board? Thanks but I'll sell my soul to someone other then face book.
Good luck to all who enters ;)
Some companies (when they run marketing related questions) are interested in the answers, which I provide them with after removing all personal info, except for user country (determined from ip) and the given answers (no name, email, ip etc).
Nothing stops you from registering an email, create an account on FB with that, then sign up for the giveaways and do nothing else with it. If you get an email that you've won, reply back, Facebook won't see that correspondence.
At any rate nice giveaway.
Edit you know what would be real sweet?
A TPU news letter emailed to members that wish to sub. That way you could put a link in it for a survey type of thing with questions that the company wishes to ask. Then you could break it down and give them there answers..
This way non FB TPU members that hate FB would have a chance. Think about all the ppl here that don't do enter because of FB.. This way its a win win for everyone.
My car manufacture sends me a couple survey's out every year and only takes less then 5 min to fill out.
But I washed my hands from facebook a long time ago and I'm never going back.
