Ergonomic Design
Split, gently sloped shape encourages a natural hand, wrist, and forearm position for maximum comfort. Additional features include a built-in wrist support and a split spacebar. Split-key and 3D design conforms to your natural arm and hand positions, reducing tension in shoulders, arms and wrists.

Illuminated Backlit Keys
The Illuminated Backlit Keyboard lets you choose your backlit color with one key press. Choose red, green or blue and easily adjust brightness up or down to suit your personal space, and mood. The gentle illumination allows you to work comfortably, day or night, while easing eyestrain. See the correct keys in any lighting environment. Work from dusk til dawn at your desk, study, or in the bedroom without disturbing others!

2X Size Large Print Keys
Large 2X bright letters provide excellent contrast over traditional keyboards that have small white letters on black keys

Internet & Multimedia Keys
Get instant access to your commonly used Internet and multimedia tools with the 20 built-in hotkeys this keyboard has to offer.

Quiet Membrane Key Switches
Membrane key switches provide a better tactile response and a quieter typing experience. Plus they last up to five million keystrokes.

Because it's almost identical.

EDIT: Anyway, some will appreciate this. My brother had the MS one and it was surprisingly nice once you got used to it. It felt relaxing somehow.
