Logitech today announced its best gaming mouse yet, the Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum. Too pricey for me to even consider. Guess I'll stick with my trusty G500.
Really like the mouse even more so being set for leftys too but it all so sounds cheaply made and expensive by price. I think the price will come down to a more $110 mark and with a sale will make it much more appealing.
So i just want to see inside it now see if it's fixable as all mouses die on me just that Razer one die a lot faster than any other.
As for battery life all they done is not to put a laser in it lol. and all this is is to compete with the Sensei Wireless.
Putting the battery aside, although a key factor for somebody, the price is just something I can't get over it. You can see in this video how the scroll wheel is hollow - weight reduction BRO. :D
To me they still messed up wit this mouse although looks like a nice improvement for a lefty but their be a G1k with detachable wings lol.
Close but no cigarMeh, even my G700s lasts a day, just have a spare battery just in case you forget to plug it in and your set.
I don't tend to game longer than 15 hours a time so no issue here lol.
But I am still using my G7 which is still working fine.
And G900 has Interesting design and features. They implement a new tensioning system almost similar to that of G302/G303, and I welcome the wireless feature very much, although it seems like it has less buttons than G502 due to its ambidextrous shape. I was hoping for a wireless mouse with PMW3366, and now I found it. I am interested to buy one, but unfortunately the price is... not logical, in my personal opinion. For now I stick with my G502 until the price gets lower or better, whichever comes first.
Simply use a wired Mouse.
The first scroll is also registered as less of the document/website/piece of text the MX master and it have a precipitable lag when first tuched after 10 min of not being used. It also have shit battery life.
So no, its not "fucking amazing for productivity"
Since the same features apparently are making its way into the G900 i know it will be shit for my use, both at work or at home, witch is a pity because the MX500 style body mouse it the most comfortable for my palm, but Logitech continues to sprinkle the perfect design with nuggets of dog shit.
No way Jose I will ever ever buy those garbage again.
