Dell Dropping Four XPS Gaming PCs, Focusing on Alienware

In a rather unexpected move, Dell said in front of the Wall Street Journal that as of next month it will be dropping four models of its XPS performance line-up and most likely start to push performance PCs from Alienware. Dell purchased Alienware back in 2006, and since then it hasn't been much around trying to help Alienware shine with its high-end gaming Aurora systems. This move is something new, and might try to fix this from now on. Alienware is also expected to bring out new redesigned systems based on new materials soon, according to the report. Gaming laptops suck compared to PCs. I don't know about you, but I only play video games when I'm at my house. You've gotta be productive at some point during the day...

I wouldnt say "suck". Obviously they arent as good as PCs, but a laptop with dual 8800's isnt going to suck, lol.

Also, gaming laptops give me something to do on 50 minute train trips, and i'm sure many people who go to LANs would appreciate them :p.
