Xigmatek is Showing off the Midgard Case and Plenty of New Coolers

Xigmatek has a small, but packed booth. They are displaying their first chassis, the Midgard. It is intended to compete with other mainstream enclosures like the Cooler Master 690. It comes packed with plenty of fans, a painted interior and great expandability. Then there are the new mainstream power supplies aimed to give you the best bang for your buck. They come in 400 and 500 W, but Xigmatek will extend the range in the future.

They are also showing off plenty of GPU and CPU coolers. There are three of which all can be used on most modern NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards. One of them has three direct touch heatpipes, so it can be used for cards with two GPUs on one PCB or on a single GPU card.

The CPU coolers are now all available as black variants as well and Xigmatek has created a new cooler with dual fans, as there seems to be a demand for such. The company will also be offering a small 1.8 inch external hard drive case with the storage already enclosed. It will come in three colors: white, purple and black.

S1284 Dark Knight? DO WANT. I want one of those GPU coolers, I hope they make some ATI oriented ones, the battleaxe's heatpipe area is too large for ATI GPU's.

Still not planning on releasing my Prototype huh? Good :D

Sick that they're going dual fan on some of their coolers, though. I actually really like the whiteish finish on that one as opposed to bare alum.

the battle axe works fine on my 4830. Keeps the temps super low too.

Liked CM-690 nearly bought it, but cost way too much here, when you got it almost for free in US. Like Midgard better, but now that I saw the window picture ( img29.imageshack.us/img29/8530/xigmateksidepanelwindow.jpg ) I'd like that side panel too. Of course you could by the cooler master window, but not such a fan of it, as it's so small.

Oh well, I can always make my own window if needed, have done it for last 2 cases. The case though is almost free, when you take 16€ off from the 2 fans and 4€ for the fan filters and fan speed controller. It's 40€ left for case already painted black inside and that's not alot.

Not sure where it was, but I read that actually the same company that produces the 690 for CM produced this rendition for Xigma as well.
