The Intel Pentium M 760 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in January 2005. It is part of the Pentium M lineup, using the Dothan architecture with Socket 479. Pentium M 760 has 2 MB of L2 cache and operates at 2000 MHz. Intel is making the Pentium M 760 on a 90 nm production node using 144 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium M 760, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 27 W, the Pentium M 760 consumes only little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 memory. Neither SSE3 nor SSE4 instruction sets are supported, which will lead to problems with games not starting.
