The AMD Opteron X2 275 was a server/workstation processor with 2 cores, launched in May 2005. It is part of the Opteron X2 lineup, using the Italy architecture with Socket 940. To further increase overall system performance, up to two Opteron X2 275 CPUs can work together in a multi-processor (SMP) configuration. Opteron X2 275 has 1 MB of L2 cache and operates at 2.2 GHz.
