The AMD Sempron LE-1300 was a desktop processor with 1 core, launched in October 2007. It is part of the Sempron lineup, using the Sparta architecture with Socket AM2. Sempron LE-1300 has 512 KB of L2 cache and operates at 2.3 GHz. AMD is making the Sempron LE-1300 on a 65 nm production node, the transistor count is unknown. The multiplier is locked on Sempron LE-1300, which limits its overclocking potential.
With a TDP of 45 W, the Sempron LE-1300 consumes typical power levels for a modern PC. For communication with other components in the system, Sempron LE-1300 uses a PCI-Express Gen 2 connection.
