You should be a little clearer on what hardware you are using to test. Does the desktop/ laptop have an ax211 or ax411? What android phone are you using? Also a little skeptical on your 6GHz results.

With your GPU usage so high i wouldnt be surprised if the platform is the issue, CPU+Mobo. Perhaps an issue running a Gen 5 GPU on a Gen 3 motherboard?

Why are you testing on windows 11 21H2 when Intel specifically said that 22H2 has the new core scheduler for 13th Gen along with all the improvements to thread director and then complain in your pros cons that cores get put on wrong workloads. wtf.
