    Bitcoins!

Mining is only going up and vendor buy in is still rising. The benefits for vendors of BTC over credit cards is huge (percentages and chargebacks). I don't see BTC going away. Right now we are dealing with a ton of "investors" and weak hand early adopters getting out. Also the vendors that...

    Bitcoins!

Your best bet right now to get in at a low cost will be the BitMain Tech AntMiner S3 (bitmaintech.com). It is the 22nm current gen ASICs chip (the S1 and S2 miners are 55nm chips). The catch to these miners is that you will need a 750-850 watt PSU to power two of them. The two most efficient...

    Bitcoins!

There is at least one company keeping all the BTC from sales but I can't find that link (sorry its been a while). But I can link overstock.com's statement about them keeping 10% of all the BTC that comes in. https://coinreport.net/overstock-holds-earned-bitcoins/

    Bitcoins!

I have been using MSI Afterburner and have been happy with it. I primarily use it for fan curves now but used to oc with it.

    Bitcoins!

It was around 35, I chose to stop remembering when btc went over $100 the first time. Technically anyone that had an investment in btc when it went over $100 (and then stayed in all the way up to $266) and then back down to $40 something "lost" thousands. This is an investment in tech, it is...

    Bitcoins!

LoL, I never said the market wasn't being manipulated. That has been happening since people really found out about btc. I remember a week that the trade variance (the whole week) wasn't more than 20 cents. Like I said, I didn't put in more than I was willing to lose. Digital currency has a...

Razer Introduces the Blade Pro 17-Inch Gaming Laptop

I know I'm a little late to the comment party but has any compared the MSI GS70? laptopmag.com review I have actually considered picking up one of the Blade Pros V2 on ebay for around $1500. Still not sure if I want something that big (17") for work however.

    Bitcoins!

You are missing out on such a helpful site... http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/ I also watch http://bitcoinity.org/markets and bitcoincharts.com I've "invested" in btc, not a ton but I did build a mining rig and buy a few a while back. It was fun watching the ~$32 crash and then again the...

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 SLI

First, thanks for the review W1zz, as always great review. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about not seeing a 680 SLI in here. As I recall the 690 and 680 SLI were <practically> the same (690 winning marginally often). My take away from the two was that if you were going to SLI...

NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN SLI & Tri-SLI

Thanks for another thorough and well thought out review. Any idea how many reviewers Nvidia sent the 3-SLI setup to? So this being the GK110 vs the GK104 does it have better crunching performance? Or is that the difference between the "GK" and the "K" (Tesla) architectures?

    GeForce GTX 690 Breaches P20000 at 3DMark 11

Thanks for the update TiN. You said you were testing with Ivy/z77 FTW. What made you pick the Evga board? (Not that I'm complaining about it, I'm jealous as I'm still waiting for it to be released) The 690 can only do 2x SLI. It doesn't have the headers for 3x/4x SLI. (physical cards)

NZXT Unveils Aperture M Advanced Media Reader with Mesh Design

Looks nice, like the usb 3.0. Pitty it doesn't have a firewire port on it. I still use that for some things.

    GeForce GTX 690 Breaches P20000 at 3DMark 11

WoW! He comments on his site about 2 being better than one. Wouldn't he want to go Ivy Bridge for two of those cards? Or is the native PCI-e lanes just a limitation of the 1155 Sandy vs Ivy cpus? I know the 2011 have more PCI-e lanes available (just don't remember how many).

AMD AIB Partners Said to be Working on "HD 7970 X2"

I really hope this card is up to par. We need some good competition around here.

With the Deep Silence 1, Nanoxia Presents the Next Generation of PC Cases

Yes, this thread has some discussions on that. http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68236&highlight=Nanoxia Nice looking case, not to fond of the silver front though.
