One difference is that AI is not that usable on AMD GPU right now, so there is probably a way to get a gpu for gaming.

I have explain why I've take a desktop fan as an example. So the usage could be more usefull on less powerfull laptop if they manage to make it more power efficient, I'm still looking forward to it. It looks interesting for the other benefit like noise and almost no cleaning require.
