Micron memory... VuurVOS the above bios you suggested dint work, however GPU-Z did shoe Micron memory with your suggested bios instead of "unknown". So we are getting closer...

Bought used on ebay . Windows 10 detects it as a rx 580 but it has an error 43 + no video output. Typically I reflash BIOS and the problem gets fixed as I bought "mining" cards before with no video output... Sticker says RX 580 ARMOR 8GB OC but I tried ALL RX 580 BIOS flashes? (different BIOS...
