I did test my rx560 on my friends system it has problems, no display and i think it also didnt want to boot then i plugged and unplugged a few times like i have to do with mine to get it to boot sometimes if i ever take it off the system. And my friends 570 works flawless on my system no issues...

Update: I flashed a different pretty similar VBIOS from Sapphire just to see if it would fix itself. Nothing changed. I rolled back. I am thinking that maybe I have a corrupt BIOS chip or something?
