I did test my rx560 on my friends system it has problems, no display and i think it also didnt want to boot then i plugged and unplugged a few times like i have to do with mine to get it to boot sometimes if i ever take it off the system. And my friends 570 works flawless on my system no issues...

I think I tried changing every bios settings but it was the same everytime. (changed the bios with a friends rx570) And no i did not try different outputs since my monitor does not have dvi or display ports. only hdmi and vga.
