AMD RX 7000 series GPU Owners' Club

yeah i tried fixing by repasting it so many times with both LM and my only paste XTM-50. It looks like pump out to me.

No the gpu temps where amazing for the first 8 months even with LM but somthing messed up after that.

Yep it sure is. Whenever the gpu goes over 300 Watts that's when the hotspot temp shoots up.

I played CP 2077 for 20 minutes at stock settings and here is the result. My case fans were set to full speed to help with temps.

That was a heavy overclock that was at acceptable temps for the first 5 months. After that my idle temps shot up from 33-42C to 42-50C and temps went whack, I tried redoing the LM application a few times it didn't work. Since then I took 7000 Grit sand paper and got rid of the hardened LM and...

My GPU is already set up to use electrically conductive TIMs. I previously used liquid metal but after a good 6ish months it screwed up my thermals and I'm not sure how it happened. Could it be my coating around the die preventing decent contact to the coldplate? I check to see if it was taller...

The Official Thermal Interface Material thread

I'm looking for the best temperatures to push the 430-watt 3Ghz OC through the card that I used to get. My GPU is already set up for conductive TIM as I used LM previously. Now I can't reach 400 watts due to thermal throttling.

What do you think has the best cooling performance between these three TIMs? PTM7950 CARBONAUT KRYOSHEET I am looking for an end solution for my 7900 XTX air cooler as the hotspot temp has gotten worse. I have already been recommended PTM7950 in the past but I still want to push the card to...

EK Water Blocks Introduces NGP Thermal Paste

I hope this is better than Corsairs XTM50 TIM. I bought a 4g tube of XTM50 when I didn't know much about TIM's I just know that it was going to last a while.

    What are the worst TIMs?

I don't know how good Corsairs XTM50 paste is against any other pastes. I've only had XTM50 and I don't think it performs well.

Alphacool didn't have the Asus TUF water block they only had the AMD reference PCB water block. I'll take a look at Bykski. (Edit): Bykski has a water block $100 dollars cheaper than EKWB. I will definitely be choosing Bykski's product.
