lol I don't touch newegg unless I absolutely have to. If you got it from Amazon just do a replacement thru them, easy as 123. Also you don't need a ROG board though I do love ROG bios. The only reason I went with a 670E is for the water temp sensor.

Next time don't slather stuff on the rad, it only hides possible cracks or leaks in the brazing. The "flat" of the port needs to be well flat. Try sanding it flat so the o-ring can make a seal? If there was a leak etc etc, you could have filled it with solder etc but not sure now with that...
