the ai shit can go to hell.

i run my 4090 at 50% power limit, also added 150mhz. seems like a quick and reasonable tuning for that gpu. i also set my powerlimit to 133% to check and most of the time i get not extra performance. my 12700k is a bottleneck in most games i play.

i had all kinds of refresh rate monitors, up to 240hz. and the benefits scales well up to 240hz. but i do not know if the poll was just about the visuals, that is the least of the important part of high fps. but i can adjust for that and view movies at any fps so only the visible(see) part is...

i think most people can see or feel it if they play on pc with a mouse. many start out with 60hz monitor, then they try high and higher hz and they notice how it is better. many can not imagine anything better than what they got, blissfully ignorant. i went from to 60, then 144 and now 240hz...

DSC causes so many problems, we really need UHBR13.5 at least. 4k 240hz is really struggling now on 1.4

i put in maybe,1080ti might be the best and the video has great points. but a 1080ti did not last long, it started to be utter shit in 2023. the features of the rtx lineup ages much better, and i really had need for them if the prices were not as bad, a rtx 2060 was twice as fast in rendering...

another game that no one can run right, a 4090 should run the game at 120 fps at 4k, and why the artificial 9gb vram cap in games, surely that is wasted potential.

there is hardly any difference in ips, get higher resolution or refresh rate if you want an upgrade. or you have to go to oled, i had your acer monitor, then i bought a aoc 28" 4k 144hz ips, and now i have a corsair 27" oled 240hz. best purchase i did was that 4k ips, 500 dollar back then.

what does 4k have to do with vram? resolution barely makes a difference. look at diablo 4, 20gb vram usage at any resolution. like this monetary economy is not a game, and also drained all the enjoyment out of life

overwatch 2 for the last two weeks, usually not got the time to play anything else but apex legends but this season broke matchmaking. overwatch still is a solid game, got about 1000 hours in it now. think my hours got carried over from original overwatch.

so much nonsense on monitors now, all we need is one displayport. but instead we have so much shit going on. you have one gpu, and and a monitor or two, displayport cable and you are done. to much stuff ads cost, points of failure, delay in operation and more.

i tried it now: got same result but 3 more ms in ping.

what does all these extra numbers mean? i assume that the yellow icon means ping at 2ms, but then there are two more, teal 86 and purple 11.
