I'm a fan of open case and Dr.Dro is right, once you go open, its tough to ever consider going back. Although the light-up cooling looks nice, in an open case, air cooling would also work and possibly add less complexity 0 because there are fans for the water-cool radiators... My take away is...

IT CAN BE DONE This is a great idea.! That case has plenty of real estate to take it over the top. You might want to consider stealth cooling: cut out bottom to allow 120mm fan inlets, use audio equipment shallow isolation cones to add unobtrusively 2 more CM of clearance for air to be pulled...
