As much as I like Civ games, I don't think FPS is that important in turn-based games... so a real time strategy game would probably be more appropriate (IMO)

I think it's the other way around - EPIC will pay you as if you had 200k sales in any case, EPIC is the one risking here.

Am I the only one who thinks the game looks underwhelming (especially once you consider how demanding it is)? But I hope it plays better than it looks :)

I could see myself paying for a single month to play a game or two I'm interested at that exact time, instead of paying full price for the games themselves (akin to renting the games). But I simply can't see myself ever being permanently subscribed for any such service.

Game is 24 € / 32 € for me (Croatia). Way too expensive for an underwhelming game (IMO)
