Thermaltake, is delighted to announce a new collaboration with Studio F. A. Porsche, a union where exclusive functional design meets with cutting-edge gaming peripheral technology. Thermaltake and Studio F. A. Porsche have reimagined the traditional gaming chair, and took it to the next level in regards to aesthetic design, quality, and engineering. Together, Thermaltake and Studio F. A. Porsche have created a premium gaming chair that is not only exclusively designed for gamers. The new ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair is also a great fit for the working professional and will be available in six special colors for users to select the best fit.

"The new ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair is more than just a gaming chair - our goal was to find the perfect balance of refined ergonomics, convincing comfort and outstanding aesthetics. The result of this collaboration with Thermaltake defies any categorization - it is both a sporty gaming chair as well as an advanced office chair, executed in the best possible way", says Christian Schwamkrug, Design Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Studio F. A. Porsche.

"We are excited to have collaborated with Studio F. A. Porsche to develop a highly refined and high-end executed gaming chair— the ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair. This real leather gaming chair draws inspiration from the comfort & luxury of top-tier sports car seats and combines it with the multi-functionality of a professional gaming chair. It is a versatile real leather gaming chair that is perfect for the modern office, gaming room, and home space" says Kenny Lin, Thermaltake Founder & CEO.

New Style Design: inspired by high-end race cars

Designed by Studio F. A. Porsche, the ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair combines the best of both worlds - the aesthetics of a racing bucket seat with the functionality and elegance of a modern lounge or office chair. The design ingenuities are inspired by high-end race cars: Firstly, the side integrated aluminium alloy handles are designed for tilting and elevating. The left side handle can adjust the seatback up to 126°, and the right side handle can alter seat height in between 16.1 - 20.8" (41 - 53 cm). The seated part is in a built-in wire-control mechanism that guarantees premium functionality and gives a neat overall appearance. Secondly, the E700 features class-4 gas spring for height adjustments, a premium grade 5-star aluminium alloy base and large 3" caster wheels covered by PU to ensure stability, reliability and safety. Lastly, located at the front middle of the chair is a Thermaltake logo plate in polished metallic silver aluminium finish, which is unique and sophisticated.

Iconic Colors: light up your space

On the foundation of functionality, Thermaltake adds yet another exciting addition to the ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair which is even more dream indulgence for all gaming enthusiasts - multicolored options. Featured with ultraviolet curing paint, gloss finish and highly saturated color, the models include Glacier White, Flaming Orange, Ocean Blue, and Racing Green which presents vividness, and at the same time highly scratch resistant with minimal color fade. On the other hand, the Storm Black and Space Gray presents the finest quality through a subtle and elegant matte finish, the calm tone is simple but classic. A refined chair can surely light up your space and bring a glowing atmosphere. Users can create their own styles with these unique colors no matter in a gaming or working environment.

Superlative Comfortability: accomplishing the most satisfied user experience

The ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair is fully covered by genuine real leather with 1 - 1.1 mm in thickness and delicate stitching over the entire seat and headrest. The seated area is constructed with perforated leather for extreme heat dissipation and ventilation, and underneath the real leather is packed with high density molded foam, providing even weight distribution and firm body support while maintaining a sedentary posture. Additionally, the special formation of the one-piece curved-back chair design allows users to achieve full-body immersion by sitting straight or relaxing in four lockable angles, 107°, 113°, 119°, 126°. Through its four-directional armrest movements in height and width, the thoughtful armrest adjustment settings give support for the forearm and helps to relieve wrist pressure. The ergonomics-matching design and the breathability of the real leather bring superlative comfortability.

Pushing both the function and aesthetics to another level, the ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair is more than just a chair; it is the perfect fit for you to immerse yourself in virtual adventures or working environments for hours.

Features of the ARGENT E700 Real Leather Gaming Chair:

race seats make some of the worst comfortable seats around.

My friend used to drift cars back in the day, I sat in one of his drift cars one day with those race seats, my back was hurting within 10minutes. They are not designed for sitting in them for very long, they are designed to support the rider in certain positions for a short time or give support in a event of a crash.

I'm sure the people who have $2k to spend on a 3090 wouldn't think twice about this. I'm very much of the even if you have the cash doesn't make it a good buy does it. but richies never justify anything. I'm a peasant so a box will have to do me

Some offices buy good chairs, which i understand if you have to sit on the damn thing 8 hours a day. But still, $1500 a chair is steep.

Weee they added a plastic case and square shapes to an OEM office chair.

Such design. At least they put real leather on it. They sure as hell do mention that a few times, in case you missed that :p

I would get the Glacier White but I still wouldn't get it.

If I can get a chair, I would get the air seats from the semi truck that I drive and have an air seat at my desk. The only air equipped "gamer" air chair in the world.
Hahaha, that'd be awesome

They should have made the back shell out of carbon fiber weave like in a cadillac Ct5-v blackwing to get the price up to $5000

These are not race seats. These are gaming chairs. You are comparing 2 different things. I don't even know how you would assume that these chairs have anything to do with actual race car seats. And these chairs are extremely comfortable. That's their purpose, to keep you comfortable through long gaming sessions. Not to keep you safe in a car crash.

Ergonomically this is absolute shit for long sessions. By the time you notice that you're too late.

The best chair I have sat on is not cheaper: https://www.steelcase.com/products/office-chairs/think/

I wonder what is the advantage of this chair, given that there are so many good ones around the same price (e.g. Herman Miller, Steelcase)
Yeah, $1,396.00 USD if you buy it direct from Steelcase.
I got my Steelcase Think chair from a workplace solutions company about an hour away from me and only ended up paying around $850.00, which included delivery. The nice thing about it was they had all of the color/texture swatches, so I knew exactly what I was getting in regards to the upholstery material & how the colors would look. They also had all of the different chair models on hand that I was able to test out.
So if you ever need to buy a different model or replace an existing one, buy it from a company that gets them at a discount from Steelcase or you'll end up needlessly paying more; plus they typically have more options available that aren't offered on Steelcase's website.

I wonder who the hell buys those things...
It must be fart collectors that don't want to miss the smell of their own gas, given the shape of the seat. I can't imagine how sitting in something like that for long periods of time would be comfortable.
The seated area is constructed with perforated leather for extreme heat dissipation and ventilation...
Yeah, but dissipate & ventilate to where? Its a bucket seat ffs, so unless you have a large Noctua fan under your desk blowing towards your crotch or are constantly hopping up to let some fresh air in, there's not going to be much ventilation or dissipation going on with that design.

Lot of money to ruin your posture for Mouse and Keyboard use.

The only thing these are useful for is racing games with a wheel as your shoulders are bend forwards during that typ of activity.

Those racing style seats are fine for girls but terrible for blokes. The design literally prevents you from widening your legs to accomodate more space for the crown jewels. Not comfortable at all.

Gaming chairs hahahahah......
These race bucket racing gamer chairs are pure junk. All of them have no long term back support.

This might not be the car company Porsche.

I believe chairs are very important if you are constantly infront of a PC everyday. However, pricing on this does not make sense. You can easily find a solution around 300-400 that will probably last a decade and probably be more comfortable to this.
