BenQ, a global leader in display technology, announced today its newest MOBIUZ gaming monitors, the EX270M and the EX270QM, which were unveiled at PAX West back in September. As the first 240 Hz monitors to join the MOBIUZ line of gaming monitors, the 27-inch monitors are packed with premium features for gamers including stunning colors and imagery, built-in 2.1 channel speakers from treVolo, HDRi intelligent optimization, and FreeSync Premium.

For a fully immersive gaming experience, both monitors offer a wide color gamut, coupled with BenQ's exclusive HDRi technology which enhances color, contrast and detail display. The EX270M, an FHD monitor, covers 99% sRGB color space while the EX270QM, a QHD monitor, boasts 98% P3 and 1.07 billion color hues. Both monitors provide a smooth gaming experience unlike any other with beautiful visuals, 1 ms GtG, 240 Hz refresh rate, and FreeSync Premium.

Each monitor has innovative gaming-specific display and performance boosts. The two MOBIUZ monitors enhance users' in-game experience with Light Tuner technology which automatically brightens up sections of the screen, so users are able to see dark details. The monitors are also equipped with five different audio modes, such as FPS, Racing, Pop/Live, Cinema, and sport game, which allow for a customized experience with the monitors. In addition, each monitor offers a wide selection of connectivity options via multiple ports. For console gamers, both monitors are compatible with Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC, and PS5.

"The EX270M and EX270QM are powerful gaming displays that provide gamers with stunning visuals, impeccable audio and smooth performance," said Jason Lee, manager of LCD line. "We are thrilled to add these two additions to our MOBIUZ monitor line to further to enjoy a customized and immersive gaming experience."

BenQ's MOBIUZ EX270M retails at $399.99 and the EX270QM is available for $799.99.

I did a build for a friend's son with a pair of their 1080p monitors and I was seriously impressed with the performance of Mobiuz line. I did get excited when I saw this post thinking they were making a 240hz. As I skimmed the article 2.1 caught my eye and I thought these were 4K DP 2.1. Then I sadly realized these monitors have "real" speakers in them. /sigh

I wish they would make 21:9 34" or 37.5" monitors with those kind of refresh rates.
Sorry, but once you go 21:9 you can never go back to standard monitors.
