Phanteks expands the D30 fan lineup with the bigger, 140 mm, D30-140 fans. These new 140 mm offerings represent the pinnacle of performance, aesthetics, and innovation, catering to the needs of both PC enthusiasts and builders.

D30-140 Fans: Redefining Performance and Aesthetics
The D30 fans introduce a mesmerizing integration of D-RGB lighting that spans seamlessly across the frame and blades of the fan from all sides. A hallmark of the D30 fan is its unique capability for easy and clean fan linking. Phanteks has designed bridge connectors and screw cover plates, enabling multiple D30 fans to be seamlessly interconnected. This innovative solution reduces cable clutter and transforms multiple fans into a unified, visually striking unit, resulting in an immaculately clean build.

The D30-140 fans offer a choice of regular and reversed airflow fans, empowering users to customize cooling configurations. Enhanced by a robust 30 mm frame and aerodynamic fan blades inspired by Phanteks' renowned T30 design, these fans excel in challenging scenarios like radiators and mesh filters, delivering superior air pressure for optimal temperatures under demanding cooling needs. Together with the upcoming Glacier One 420D30 and NV9, the D30-140 fan offers an unparalleled blend of functionality and style to pc builders.

Available with regular and reverse airflow in both black and white.

Did someone at TPU jump the gun before? these fans are rated for 12V .15A and 5V .45A.

save 45 bucks and get the same 140mm 30mm depth fans with Antec brand

same performance most likely. plan to get some myself soon
Those Antec fans might leak on radiators compared to Phanteks, granted a non-RGB version of these Phanteks at lower price would be helpful.

this is a great point, I had not thought of that, but yeah not only are the Antec's not flush, they are properly square. I am running air, so was just going to use them on my air cooler anyway, but good eye.

Those Antec fans have a much lower max air pressure(2.29) on paper than the D30's(3.08) and what might be a dubious CFM rating(112)(though with the low static pressure, the CFM rating may be correct).

Antec fans look like they could make decent case fans if not restricted too much, but it won't have anywhere near the performance of the Phantek if used as a radiator fan.

I hope TPU gets these D30's in to test, but I would also be interested in the Antecs(Storm T3).

The cheap Antec is still a fair alternative for case fans, especially since the D30 is really not that special. Phanteks likes saying that it's "inspired" by T30 but D30 selling point is just the daisy chaining solution and RGB; it has a conventional impeller and none of the LCP tolerances on the blades or material for the frame, mode switcher, or Sunon bearing goodness of the T30.

After a bit more snooping it seems T30-140 is delayed...maybe they ran into unforeseen design challenges just like Noctua has been doing with their new 140 for the past few years.
