The question of the hour posted above. This time select as many options as apply to you!

backlight that doesn't bleed to the base of the keycaps,
only litting the alphabets

Were is the selection for "normal keyboard" I have some $20 wireless Logitech from Target...

I believe they fall under membrane or scissor.

Mech Led. Also forgot Audio I/O -_-

All I want is a back-lit IBM Model M with a windows key. (104 keys)

Please make each option a direct link to Wikipedia, most I am not sure what it stands for.

Then, personally, I'd add LCD screen, once tasted you want it for your lifetime.

Mechanical, PBT keys, and quiet(to a reasonable degree). I don't use any of the extra features that some boards have and I'd rather just keep it simple, and once you've used PBT keys you really can't go back. One option I think you should add is 'stealth' keys. I've got one of those Ducky boards where the letters are engraved into the keys but not filled making the keys look all black in most lighting conditions. It helps make the desk look less cluttered having it this way and not being able to see the keys helps you type. At first I was nervous I wouldn't be able to use a board without keys but I adapted real fast. :p

Unfortunately my board has Cherry Blues so it doesn't really fit the quiet criteria. The quiet switches tend to be the ones with low activation force or ones without any feedback. I tried using a board with reds once. It was quiet, but I'm way too heavy handed for those switches. I ended up pushing keys when I was just trying to rest my hand over them.

sounds like black switches would be great for you, silent but harder to hit

i voted something else for the fact that since my G15, i cant be without the LCD screen :p I do prefer the G510 screen tho, the G15 gaudy orange was getting to me after 4 years.

what is the benefit of a screen on your keyboard? if you have everything set right, temps should be fine and u shouldnt have to worry about them after initial OC testing. so what do you use it for?

email, clock, RSS feeds, games that support the LCD like WoW that display character info, Ventrilo to see whos talking, Core Temp LCD addon. is that enough?

I put volume wheel even though mine are buttons. It is the only feature on there that I currently have on my $10 hp keyboard. I wont upgrade unless I could try a better keyboard.

Quiet specially.
Membrane
With media and macro Keys
Wireless (though forgotten to select it in poll)
