2 questions about Oculus Quest 3

I just picked up my headset and went through the set up successfully. I was doing fine and now today I put it on and the menu bar is down near my chin. Anyone know how to fix this? Likely something simple...I hope.

Also what is a good app to download to be able to walk around in the louvre and places like that. I have Wander and Bigscreen but they are just a glorified google maps program. Well, maybe I don't know how to use it yet perhaps.
