Build package to msi?

Is there a way to convert build package exe file to msi file?

I have tried to set up PDQ Deploy package but it failed as it keep running and never stop & install.

No official way, you could use the save to folder option and build your own msi from that.

All you need to do is extract the files, run setup.exe, and wait for it to finish
