Call of Duty 4 lvl 55

It is kinda easy and can be done in 2 - 3 min..

1. Go here and download the "mpdata" file - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AGZQZGLN

2. Go to your "players" folder and copy it to a location outside of your Call of Duty directory. (i.e. - My Documents). This will be your backup copy just in case you screw up. Default location for the "players" folder is C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare/

3. Open the Start Menu and click "Run".

4. Type "regedit" and click OK.

5. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Activision > Call of Duty 4

6. Look to the right box and you'll see the second row is your "codkey". Right-click and select "Modify". Now enter DL2J8PY44Q22GE4888D2 as your new key.

7. Click OK and exit Regedit.

8. Navigate back the original "players" folder again and inside it you'll find your profiles. Open the one you want to upgrade and delete everything inside of it. (Make sure that you have completed step #2 first!)

9. Move the "mpdata" file that you downloaded earlier into the now empty folder.

10. Open CoD4. (You may need to reset some settings such the display resolution, etc.)

11. In the game, go to Options > Multiplayer Options > Enter Key Code and re-enter your key that came with your game.

12. Finitto! / The End !

It works pretty fine..

Nope, in fact you need to change to your key again before you end the "hack"

Ive done this once before. Works pretty good. The only thing that isnt unlocked is all the multiplayer achievements you receive with each weapon and what have you. Only reason I did this is because I was already on a lvl 22 guy and had to format and lost the mpdata file i had backed up. Got pissed and did this. Then I found the backup copy.

Well i used cause i had been already 1 time lvl 52 and another 54, then because of hardcore servers and some other mods i lost everything.. then i got to lvl 55 and i was like FINALLY ! but then my pc kinda got shitty :x and well.. rebooted with nothing saved.. so i was just like stopping playing cod 4 xD when i saw this

I used that. And I was 55 before I just reformat alot and I forget to backup. And I didnt know I had to the first time cause it was all server based on PS3.

No, it unlocks the guns. All guns, perks, camo, etc. Just not the achievements.

For every guy that uses this for honest reasons (not backing up their MP data) there are 1000+ jack asses who will use this to fcuk with people with no retaliation from PB or anyone else. I really hate hacks like this. I understand fully that some would use it for good honest reasons but most use crap like this to be lazy or jerks. Well, theres no need to use this little hack to fck with ppl or something.. there are already Cheats everywhere for this game.. its a shame that it works like this.. but nowadays almost before the game release there are already cheats for it.. indeed

And I never resloved it ether. I'm back up to lvl52 but to be honest Id rather earn my lvl than use a short cut. At least Ill know what I have Iv earned (even if twice).

I really dont see what the problem of using this is, achievements/levels are something personal, if you want to use it as incentive to keep playing then fine, dont use this kind of hacks, but if you dont have time and want to be able to use all weapons/perks then i dont see what the problem is.

I didnt list the link because I dont want these bastards to get any traffic but they even have a PB screenshot cleaner that shows fake screenshots to admins! I hate this crap. And the sad part is they think they are "cool". :shadedshu

No Im at work so everything is blocked but Iv seen that kind of crap in action. I just ignore them to be honest and keep playing as if they are not there. If I get second place to their first I consider myself to be the winner Also if you ignore them they lose interest and leave.
