cant install/use nvclean at all

was going to update my gpu drivers but noticed nvcleanstall wouldnt start box comes up but then nothing thought bad install so uninstalled now the installer does same thing. atleast event viewer showed something but never understood these as its as far as i know:

It seems to me that the program is a standalone and requires no installation.
But whatever.
-Install the latest version which is 1.16.0
-And run it in administrator mode just in case.
And see how it goes like this.

Not a good sign...
Try starting Windows in safe mode.
And run the program and lighten your driver there.

Too bad, sorry.
Have you tried running it in compatibility mode (win 7/8)?
I'm running out of a basic solution. I hope someone with better knowledge can help you.

What OS are you running Windows 7/8/10/11 ??
Try opening a command prompt as administrator and run "sfc /scannow" without the " "
Get the latest version of NVCleanstall ( v1.16.0) from here : Official NVCleanstall

Use a VM.
