...for when Windows doesn't automatically do it on boot. This screenshot pretty much says it all:


In my case, I run it with the following arguments on system start via Local Machine registry:
-x 1921 -y 150 -width 1440 -height 900 -frequency 60 -depth 32 -display 7

Requires .NET Framework 4.0 and should work on all versions of Windows from XP and up.

FYI, I think Microsoft finally got the bug fixed in Windows 10 so this program isn't particularly necessary anymore. I'll still leave it up because why not?
