debuted yesterday and is ready for you to add to your Steam library. The PC hardware system requirements are pretty low so the janky puppets look fine since their motion isn't smooth.

Thanks for the tip and I redeemed via GOG, then found TR 2013 Definitive Edition on Game Pass which has enhanced graphics. Not free of course, barely promoted, but it is included in Game Pass.
