I've noticed a steadily building trend in my recent games purchases heavily weighted towards previous Playstation exclusive titles that were ported to PC. So this was a pleasant surprise with potential to completely overshadow a suspected Assassin's Creed game set in Japan. Let's hope it is true.

literally no reason to own a ps5 now. I don't think there are any holdouts left except Bloodborne, but that will probably make its way to PC or PS5 Pro as a remake meh

Sony are well aware that people who are pc gamers most likely wont buy a playstation regardless - their competition is with other consoles.

Selling playstation games on pc doesn't give them new competition, and that's no doubt why sony decided to do it.

Microsoft is their competition in the console market. You might be oversimplifying potential reasoning without giving it enough thought or active research to back it up. Companies of this size don't casually enter a new market.

nah nah!!! Bring Tenchu and Shinobido remakes if you really want some Ninja stuff, no hate for Onimusha though i enjoy the hell of Onimusha 3 but was more like Resident Evil
than a shinobi game imo.

I had the same thought after starting to wish I'd waited a few weeks for God of War to show up on GOG instead of using an EGS coupon. Release is still a month and a half away in any case.

Tenchu is that Ninja stuff.

That is going to look amazing @ 4k on PC with upgraded visuals. It looked amazing on PS5. I 100% it twice.

Awaiting the fallout from something I rightly feared was going to be debuted with GOT. That being mandatory PSN accounts for errrrrryone because... 27K 34K bottom of the barrel negative reviews in the last 24 hours and picking up pace rapidly (HD2) is a pretty loud rebuttal.

Just a fast glance over the most recent reviews could reveal some breaktrough info to you, like this one:

"As you can clearly see I have played this game for a VERY long time. It's an incredible game with incredible devs behind it. Sadly, Sony has shown their greed for player data so they can sell it off or have it stolen in yet another Data breach. Requiring players to sign up to a 3rd party website should be completely illegal, especially after allowing them to purchase and play the game for 3 entire months beforehand. What's even worse, is coming May 30th hundreds of thousands if not even a million+ players will completely lose the ability to play Helldivers 2, as PSN is not available in many countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Philippines, China, Russia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Belize literally all of Africa except South Africa, and dozens of other nations will lose the ability to play Helldivers 2 because Sony decided to stick their greedy little fingers into one of the best pots of Honey available on the Market. Do not buy this game until they revert this decision. "

Thank you, I provided a link and screenshot with enough relevant information to establish a high rate of probability GOT was slated to follow this path.

I'm sure there will be further discussion that serves as less of a PSA to those considering this unreleased game.
