is this the right tool for crimping?

i have one question,is this a right crimping tool to make extension cables for PSU?
so many problems to find one in my country!

The first one is for making the proper crimp from the pin to the wire. The second crimper is for crimping wires together with connectors (see here:http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81chpCrjgHL.jpg), stripping and cutting wire.

The third one shows what it is capable of in the picture.

If you are asking these kind of questions i would suggest a new PSU which doesnt need to be modded. PSU mods frighten me.
