LatencyMon & Results (normal?)

I let this run for about 35 minutes, while I surfed the net, and it said possible issues, although if there are any, I have not noticed them.
Kind of curious, what is normal or run-of-the-mill for W10, or is this just a rabbit hole?

Is that screen shot of the Main tab of your system? Seems odd there are no green, yellow or red bars. This is mine.

I stopped the test after 35 minutes. Weird that the program calls it out as bad, but doing some online digging it says around/up to1000us is typical or fine 2000-3000us possibly something and over 4000us an issue

That shouldn't matter. The bar graph would show the current status, good, bad or otherwise. So I don't understand why your SS has no status display at all.

“Normal” would be almost impossible to quantify nowadays. NV users will almost certainly see the driver having high-ish latency despite NV claiming it fixed it… multiple times. And on both 10 and 11 ntoskrnl WILL spike randomly and there is just nothing that can be done.
I agree with @R-T-B here, unless there are actual issues that you are facing the whole “muh LatencyMon numbah” thing is a pointless rabbit hole. There are numerous tweaks that purport to reduce said numbers, like messing around with timers, turning off every single power management feature under the sun, registry edits and so on. And they do, indeed, often reduce those numbers. I have yet to see, though, said reduction actually being in any way meaningful or useful besides placebo effects. We are talking microseconds here.
In any case, on modern hardware and OS the latency in this particular test will be somewhat higher than older systems. Win 7 with some tweaks and a clock-locked Sandy or Ivy will post better latency results on paper than, say, Win 11 and a 7800X3D. Is it actually of any interest except as a curiosity? Nope. Just noting it since I’ve seen people going off on how modern hardware is “laggy” due to this. Because people are stupid.

Not sure
Just did the same thing again, and bars stayed up. (only did a minute) maybe because original was over 30 minutes? No clue

edit a few minutes with just surfing TPU..................seems 1000us is the alarm for this program.
