If I were to decide between a 6750XT and a 3060 non-TI at the same budget, I wouldn't think twice and get the Radeon.
Yes, it consumes more power. Yes, FSR is inferior to DLSS. In such a tier RT should be a no go, so I'd just opt for the most raster performance available.

If you don't need the newer features the 7600 provides, the 6750XT is a more substantial card. (Uses much more power (~170W 7600 vs ~280W 6750XT), is about 15% faster)
The 6750XT does not pull that much wattage. It is more in line with about 220-240 in range.

6700 spikes to 330 W compared to around 200 W for a 3060. I doubt the 6750 is more efficient.

Finally I bought a rx6600 xt to save money. I think to upgrade my mouse (I have a cheap one) or upgrade the case (Asus Ap201).

Thanks.
All the best.
Good choice. A recommendation: balance your expectations to graphics settings in the newest games if needed.
Your card can reliably run 60+ FPS at 1080p at very high settings in many heavy titles even without resorting to FSR, but it ain't bulletproof.

EDIT: The following graph comes from the review of a 6600XT here at TPU. It uses a highly tuned Ryzen 7 5800X rig, but you can have a notion of where your card should perform with maximum eye-candy (sans raytracing):

The 6600 XT's a solid entry level card, enjoy man.

It is true that Ryzen needs better RAM speeds? Because I have my memories running at 2666mhz.

Another question, the case Corsair 480t Airflow is good? I search in the net and not find anything relevant about this case, is old or new? Is a good idea to upgrade my ap201?

I mean, for a vanilla 1600 that's a good MCLK. Might be the bar for a 2600. I'm on a 3600 and have mine pinned at 4GHz with 3200MT dimms at 3600MT.
This is fine.

Not have 3.5 drive bays, so I forget this case because I use 2 HDD. The 280x looks good.

Edit: Well, I will be open another topic because this is solved.
Thanks to all.
All the best.

Yes it does. It's pretty far out of the perf/watt sweet spot

Guzzles a lot more power than the 6700XT, for not much more performance

I guess I have the As Rock version I do not have the equipment to monitor Power spikes but the 6750XT is connected to a 450W PSU and a 5900X. I have never seen a shutdown.
