I have encountered some issues.

When you select a plain install with display driver only.

The hd audio device and driver is still installed.

Selecting disable driver telemetry

Can cause other settings like disable HDCP to still have HDCP enabled even it was selected to be disabled.

My work method

Typical I would use nvclean to build the installer first and save the folder
Then onto using DDU

(windows update + drivers detect/install is disabled permanently on my systems.)


NVCleanstall 1.16.0 and practically any nvidia version is affected by this.

My card is a 3080 founders edition.

Yes, they are part of the display driver now and can't be installed separately

Are you sure those two are related? Have you tried enabling just one and it works correclty?
