Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company today announced the introduction of two new headphone models which will be added to the company's extensive lineup of existing models. The new RP-HC800 Noise Cancelling Headphones and the new RP-BTD10 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones offer superior sound quality and sleek, modern designs to make a statement.

The new 2014 headphones will be on display at 2014 International CES in the Panasonic booth #9806, located in Las Vegas Convention Center's Central Hall. The new Panasonic headphone models are now available for preorder on shop.panasonic.com.

The Panasonic RP-HC800 Noise Cancelling Headphones utilize a high performance Active Noise Cancelling System with improved Feed-back Noise Cancelling Technology for a wide-range noise cancellation effect. Expertly crafted with a sophisticated design that fuses durable plastic with metal finishes, the RP-HC800 Headphones feature a wide padded headband and cushioned ear cups for a comfortable fit even after hours of wear. The detachable cord features a microphone and controller for the iPhone/iPad/iPod so users can quickly switch between music and phone calls with the touch of a button. One AAA Alkaline battery provides up to 40 hours of noise cancellation use and, unlike other noise cancelling headphone models, the Panasonic RP-HC800 Headphones can still be used for music playback even if the batteries have run out of juice.

The new Panasonic RP-BTD10 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones offer users a cordless headphone option featuring a sleek, sophisticated design concept and excellent sound quality with 40 mm driver unit. The RP-BTD10 Bluetooth Wireless Headphones are equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC) to easily pair with compatible products to establish a wireless Bluetooth connection and incorporate aptX for HiFi sound transmission and less transfer delay which creates richer sound playback when viewing videos on a tablet device. High-quality metal housing accents offer an edgy design with modern functionality and raised playback buttons on the earcup allow for easy, blind operation. A rechargeable lithium ion battery allows for approximately 40 hours of playback time.

The new Panasonic headphones will be available in April 2014 and are now available for preorder on shop.panasonic.com.
