anyone played RDR on pc using an emu?

yesterday I came upon info that this is playable and I need confirmation before I dive in into research...

can anyone confirm that it's so and can I use mouse+keyboard successfully (keymaps changeable?)?

which emu? I can see xenia canary mentioned alot?

ryzen5 5600, 32gb RAM, RX6800. I presume this should be more than enough to achieve 1080p at 60fps?

I've seen that. I know it's possible, but I need above info, before I dive in into research.
If keyboard+mouse with changeable keys is not possible, that's a deal-breaker for me, and I wont spend time on research.
