What CPU model do you have? Your screenshot shows that your Intel CPU does not allow any FIVR adjustments. That is what Not Available at the top middle of the FIVR window means. Most recent Intel CPUs have removed CPU voltage control. Only the unlocked K and mobile HX series still allow undervolting. Intel has removed FIVR control from their H series processors.

More than 1600 questions have already been answered here in the TechPowerUp ThrottleStop forum. There are hundreds of YouTube videos available. To learn ThrottleStop you have to spend time using the program. It took me 15 years to write the program so if it takes you a few days, a week or a month to learn how to use ThrottleStop, that is OK.

If you have any specific questions, ask one question every day. Always try asking Google first.
